I got fortunate to truly have a same day appointment and the Doc was great! Fit me for a fresh Rx for contacts, then actually provided me some (which I've never seen a shop have my Rx...). Ordered a years worthy of cheaper then I could online, and received a mail-in discount in addition. Excellent service and I believed very comfortable there for certain! Awesome spot to go for contact lenses!

Just came here for my first visit. The customer service is HORRIBLE, like others got said before - almost no greeting when you walk in, sign in on an iPad, and also you wait around 20 min after being signed in. Ridiculous. Dr. Bende possessed good motives but were NOT well carried out. She keep communicating over me and didn't take time to pay attention to my concerns and needs as the patient. This visit remaining much to be desired as a whole. And yes look out for those extra fees. Ideally on my next goes to things will improve. (That is one of the places tha do CRT lenses that i wear, hopefully they don't really rip me off for these too).
I used to be so lucky to find Dr Jennifer Khanh when she was training on Parmer, so when I found out she had relocated, I was relieved to find she'd opened her own place in Round Rock! She actually is the nicest doctor of any sort I've ever endured (my husband hates doctors, but he prefers her!). Dr Khanh is also a glaucoma specialist. I'm only 42, and wasn't considering glaucoma by any means when I began witnessing her. She found a drop that works ideal for me, and it is careful to watch all my assessments each stop by at find out if my symptoms are secure or not. Good little bit of mind. The office is spacious and comfortable, the personnel friendly and knowledgable. Strongly suggested if you are near Round Rock.
